Chai Ka Masala

I am a pucca Madrasi, though my daughter wouldn’t accept this anytime . As a typical madrasi, I would love to start my day with a perfect filter coffee, well continue the day with the same and end the day with a coffee as well. But some days you do long for that tea with has the perfect mix of masala’s and with a hint of ginger. While I was chatting with my cousin, he mentioned that it would be good if I offered him a cup of Hot Masala Chai. Since he is away in the other part of the globe, the best I could do is post this recipe. This masala will give you that perfect masala chai which you would want to have early in the morning :)
