Paneer Pakoda

With so much of paneer stacked at home for this Paneer Marathon ,How could I not fry some chatpata paneer pakoda!!!!!Here is a simple yet delicious recipe for a crunchy chatpata Paneer Pakoda
INGREDIENTS
Paneer small even pieces 1 cup
Green chutney 2 tbsps
Chat masala 2 tsp
Gram Flour 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Baking soda a pinch
Water to make the paste
Oil for deep frying
PREPARATION
Make the batter for the pakodas by mixing the gram flour, chilli powder, soda, salt and keep it aside for 5 minutes
Cut the paneer into small cubes. Make a slit in the center half way through the cube for stuff it with the green chutney.
Stuff a little green chutney into each pocket and close it tight.
Sprinkle a little chat masala on each stuffed piece
Now dip each piece in the batter and deep fry till they brown on both sides
Serve hot with a sauce of your choice
