Another cup cake recipe:-) This time without concealing any fruit though:-)I had bookmarked this recipe from sharmispassion .Looked at the procedure and it looked very simple and I had all the ingredients including the chocochips for my daughter:-)
INGREDIENTS
Makes 12 regular cup cakes
All purpose flour 1 1/2 cups
Corn flour 1 tsp
Sugar 3/4 cup
Butter 1/4 cup
Milk 3/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Vanilla 3/4 tsp
Chocochips 2 tbsp
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180 C
Line the muffin tray with liners or grease the muffin tray
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together and keep it aside
Add vanilla extract to the milk and whisk well.
In a large bowl cream butter and sugar together till the sugar completely dissolves.
Now add the milk vanilla mixture to this and continue to beat till everything becomes creamy.
Now fold in the flour mixture to this with two parts. Don't over mix.
Sprinkle chocochips and again mix very lightly
Now scoop this into muffin liners upto 3/4 its volume
Sprinkle some chocochips on the top as well
Bake for 25-30 minutes,
test by inserting a toothpick in the center. If it comes out clean then it is done
Cool on a wire rack
Lovely cute chocochip cupcakes ready!!!!
Are they not super cute:-)
