Paneer Tikka Wrap

Wraps/Rolls are quite a regular in daughter's lunch Menu.She loves especially the Paneer Tikka wrap. The tangy taste of the marinade, the soft paneer tikka, the smokey flavour and the chat masala....yummmm...I love it too;-)If you are wondering if cooking this is time consuming, let me tell you that if the torittla's/chapathis are ready, then fixing up this meal is even faster than the regular ones!!

INGREDIENTS

Whole wheat chapathis/Tortilla's 12Nos

Paneer 200 gms

Onion 2

Capsicum 1(optional)

Yogurt 1/2 cup

Chilli powder 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1tsp

Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Chat masala 1/2 tsp

Fresh cream 1 tbsp

Coriander 2 tbsp

PREPARATION

Cut paneer,1 onion and capsicum into cubes.

Mix yogurt, chilli powder, garam masala, chat masala, ginger garlic paste, salt into a marinade

Put the paneer and vegetables into this and let it marinate for 30-45 minutes

Grill these marinated piece as shown HERE or shallow fry only the paneer and vegetables on a hot tawa with very less oil.Shallow fry till both sides are light brown in colour

ASSEMBLY

Cut the other onion into small pieces. Cut the coriander finely too

Mix the fresh cream with the remaining marinade and mi well

Place a chapathi/tortilla and arrange the paneer tikka in the center
Drizzle some marinade on it

Arrange the cut capsicum and coriander above this.

Now sprinkle some chat masala for that lovely flavour
Finally roll it as shown in a foil and pack it and eat it:-)
