What better way to satisfy the hunger pangs of your kids when they come back exhausted from school/college in this weather, than a hot chilli cheese toast.I have used multigrain bread with low fat cheese to make a little healthy.:-)
INGREDIENTS
Multigrain Bread 5-6
Cheese slices 3 or more
Paneer coriander chutney 4 tbsp
FOR THE Paneer Green chutney
Paneer 3 tbsp
Coriander 2 tbsp
Mint 2 tbsp
Chilli 1
Chat masala 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Grind all these together with minimum water into a smooth paste and keep it aside
PREPARATION
Trim the edges of the bread
Apply Paneer green chutney on the bread
Place a cheese slice on it.Keep another bread slice on it an grill it till it browns
