We get to eat Vilampazha pachadi only during the Sri
krishna Jayanthi celebration and Vinayaka Chaturthi. This sweet pachadi is very
easy to make but the trick lies in selecting the ripe fruit to make this
pachadi. The fruit should give a nice flavour and when dropped, on the floor
(Not from a height), it should not roll instead should just sit and you can
break the fruit by tapping it hard with another fruit or a hard surface
