Usually during the mango season, my family teases me
saying that I skip lunch and eat only mangoes instead. Yes , I love mangoes and
milkshake and lassi with mangoes is a daily affair during the season. But this
time I made sure, that I try out as many recipes as I can with mango as the
star ingredient. This creamsicle from Gayathri space was perfect for summer and
very easy to make too.
INGREDIENTS
Mango
pulp

2 medium sized mangoes
|
Full
fat cream
|
2
cups
|
Milk
|
1
cup
|
Condensed
milk
|
1
cup
|
PREPARATION
Transfer all the ingredients to a mixer jar.
Blend it well till smooth
Pour these into creamsicle/Popsicle moulds.
Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours
