Mango Creamsicle

 Usually during the mango season, my family teases me saying that I skip lunch and eat only mangoes instead. Yes , I love mangoes and milkshake and lassi with mangoes is a daily affair during the season. But this time I made sure, that I try out as many recipes as I can with mango as the star ingredient. This creamsicle from Gayathri space was perfect for summer and very easy to make too.
Mango pulp
From 2 medium sized mangoes
Full fat cream
2 cups
1 cup
Condensed milk
1 cup
Transfer all the ingredients to a mixer jar.
Blend it well till smooth
Pour these into creamsicle/Popsicle moulds.
Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours
