Lychee Icecream

 The next in the summer coolers series is Lychee ice-cream. This ice-cream is quite creamy with the subtle flavour of lychee. At home we love fresh fruits and ice-cream with fresh fruits. Try this out; I am sure you will love this too.
INGREDIENTS

Milk
2 ½ cups
Milk Powder
1 cup
Sugar
1/2 cup
Cornflour
1tbsp
Lychee pulp
 ½ cup
Fresh cream
1/2 cup
Chopped lychee
1/2 cup

PREPARATION
Boil milk and let it cool completely
Add milk powder and corn flour to 1 cup of milk . Whisk well and keep it aside
Boil the remaining milk with sugar on medium flame.
Now add the milk powder cornflour mixture, mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring continuously. Cool completely.
Once completely cool, add the lychee pulp, fresh cream and mix it thoroughly
Pour this in an aluminium container, cover with an aluminium foil, freeze for around 6 hours.
Transfer the contents to a blender and blend till smooth
Now transfer it to the the container, add the chopped lychee and mix well
Freeze it overnight

Serve!
