Zucchini Thair Pachadi

And I survived this Mega marathon .But for one alphabet others were pretty easy . Now coming to this last alphabet Z, Zuchinni was the obvious choice and as a friend pointed out to me, Zucchini is not an Indian vegetable, then how would it feature in a tamil cuisine??Well zucchinii isn’t but thair pachadi is!!Right? And I could always translate the name using google which says it is Seemai Soraikai. So here is another adapted recipe to suit the A-z challenege. Thank you Valli for making all this possible. It was fun blogging and chatting with our Bm group J
