Spicy Tangy Baby corn




For the Cookbook challenge this week , it is this delicious baby corn starter which is a little tangy and spicy and a perfect party starter. Try out this simple starter to please your little guests.
INGREDIENTS

FOR THE MARINADE
Yogurt
3tbsp
Chilli powder
1tsp
Garlic(grated)
1tsp
Carom seeds(Ajwain)
1tsp
Oil
2tsp
Cornflour
1tsp
Salt
To taste

OTHER INGREDIENTS
Baby corn
12
Oil
2tsp
Spring Onions
1/4 cup
Tomato sauce
1tbsp

PREPARATION
Boil the baby corn in hot water and a little salt for 5 minutes. Switch off the fire and drain it completely. Let it cool down
Mix everything under the marinade. Toss the baby corn in it and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Now cut the spring onions finely
Heat oil in a pan, add the spring onions and saute for 3-4 minutes in medium flame.
Now add the marinated baby corn and saute it for sminutes
Add the tomato sauce and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes.

Switch off the fire and serve warm
