Spicy Pineapple Satay



 Hi
Another party pleaser recipe is this pineapple satay. The colour and the taste is sure to please your little guest. Not many ingredients are needed and pineapple is available almost all through the year. So, this is a perfect starter for the little guests.
INGREIDENTS
Pineapple
1
Chilli powder
1tsp
Honey
1tbsp
Salt
to taste
Oil
 1Tbsp

PREPARATION
Remove the skin of the pineapple.
Cut them in thin circles or cut into cubes taking care  to remove  the  small brown prickly things called as eyes.
In a bowl mix the honey, chilli powder, oil and salt
Toss in the pineapple and mix it thoroughly so that all the sides of the pineapple are coated
Alternatively slice the pineapple into small circles, apply the mixture on it and cook on a grill for few minutes
Heat a pan and cook this pineapple for few minutes
 Serve warm
