Creamy Sweet Corn Soup


I love sweet corn dishes. I love the mild sweetness and the crunchy texture that it add to any dish. This sweet corn soup is creamy and rich unlike the ones which we get in most restuarants.
INGREDIENTS
Sweet corn
2
Milk
1/4cup
Pepper powder
To taste
Salt
To taste

PREPARATION
Cook the corn in a microwave for 5 minutes in Micro high mode. You can also choose to cook it in a cooker
Take out the kernels from the cob
Grind it with minimum water into a smooth apste
Pass it through a sieve to remove the fibrous skin
Add milk to this and cook it in low flame stirring regularly for 3-4 minutes

Add the necessary salt and pepper and serve warm
