For the second week of the Blogging Marathon, I chose
to blog about diabetic food/Healthy food. Bittergourd is generally advised by
doctors to be consumed by diabetics. I am not a great fan of the bittergourd
curry but love the deep fried bittergourd chips. Having that taste in mind, I
decided to try the same recipe in the Philips Air fryer and I am more than pleased.
It tastes delicious and it is crispy.
