Kuthiraivali saamai adai / Mixed Millets adai

For the day 2 of healthy dinner it is adai. Generally we make adai with rice and lentils together but here is a healthier option by substituting rice with mixed millets.
Barnyard Millet/ Kuthiraivali
1/2 cup
Little millet/Saamai
1/2 cup
Urad dal
Tuvar dal
1/4 cup
Bengal gram dal
1/4 cup
Red chillies
1/4 tsp
 As necessary
 To taste

Soak the millets and dals together in enough water for 3 hours
Grind it along with chillies, asafoetida and salt into a smooth batter
Heat a dosa pan/girldle, pour one ladle full of the batter and slowly start to make it into a large circle by spreading the batter from the center to the outside in a circular motion with the back side of the ladle
Drizzle oil around it and cook in medium flame till it starts to brown
Now flip it over and cook for another few minute to get a crispy delicious adai ready

Serve it with chutney of your choice ar idli milagai podi
