Seppankizhangu roast / Arbi roast in an Airfryer

Want to make the arbi roast in a healthy way without a drop of oil then air frying is the best method.It is simple with minimum ingredients  and prepared in a healthy way too.
Seppankizhangu/Arbi     250gms
Turmeric powder             1/4 tsp
Chillipowder                     1 1/2 tsp
Salt                                     to taste

Cook the arbi in enough water till it is soft. Let it cool and then peel the skin
Cut into thin discs
Now sprinkle turmeric, chilli powder and salt on this and mix well
Preheat the airfryer to 180C for 3 minutes
Transfer the prepared roo to the basket of the airfryer
Airfry it for 10 minutes or till it becomes crispy
Serve with rice and sambhar
