Savoury Oats Crackers


 Here is another savoury cracker recipe. This cracker does not have butter or baking soda /Baking powder. Perfectly crispy crackers to munch with Tea or just like that. I love munching on these healthy crackers
INGREDIENTS

Oats
1/2cup
Whole wheat flour
3/4cup
Salt
1/4tsp or to taste
Sugar
1 tsp
Chilli flakes
1/4tsp
Herbs
1/4tsp(I used Italian)
Coriander
1tbsp(chopped)
Olive oil
5tbsp
Water
1/2cup

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 175C
Mix everything together in a bowl except water
Add water little by little till you can knead it as a dough.
This dough will not be soft
Roll it into a rectangle quite thin and cut into desired shaped cookies
Prick all over with a fork
Brush the surface with little olive oil
Arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
Bake for 20 minutes or until it starts to brown
Transfer them to a cooling rack

Serve with tea/coffee
