Moist Chocolate Cinnamon Cake


Here is another treat for chocoholics, a one which you will bake again and again.The cake is super moist even after 3 days. My daughter loved it all the more since this cake was overloaded with chocolate.Let me not talk much about the cake , instead will allow the pictures to say it all!!
INGREDIENTS

Butter
1/2 cup
Water
1 cup
Oil
1/2 cup
Cocoa powder
1/4 cup+1 tbsp
All Purpose flour
2cups
Sugar
2 cups
Buttermilk
1/2 cup
Baking Soda
1tsp
Eggs
2
Cinnamon powder
1 ½ tsp
Vanilla
1 tsp

PREPARATION

TO MAKE THE BUTTERMILK
Add 1 tsp of white synthetic vinegar to ½ cup of milk at room temperature. Mix well. Let it set for 10 minutes. It will curdle.
Preheat the oven to 190C
Grease a 12” round pan
Add butter, water, oil and cocoa in a saucepan
Mix well and bring it to boil.
Whisk together flour and sugar in a bowl
Pour the chocolate mixture into the flour mixture and mix well
Now add the buttermilk and baking soda and beat well
Mix together the eggs and cinnamon and beat till fluffy
Add this beaten egg to the batter.
Pour this into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean
Let it cool in the pan completely. It tends to shrink
Invert it only when it is completely cool
When the cake has completely cooled, pour the ganache over it. Top it with chocochips and serve!!!
