Eggless Tutti Frutti Cake

When Nalini had posted the Tutti-Fruity cake, I decided that I would bake this for this BM.Then I checked out my egglessvanilla sponge and realised both the recipes were the same. So added the colourful tutty fruity and baked this delicious tea cake.
All purpose flour
1 ½ cup
3/4 cup
Tutty Fruitty
1/2 cups
Baking powder
1 ¼ tsp
Baking soda
1/2 cup
Vanilla essence
1 ½ tsp

Preheat the oven to 180C
Add 2 tbsp of all purpose flour to the tutty fruity and mix well so that it coats uniformly
Grease an 8” cake pan
Beat curd and sugar together till creamy
Add baking powder and baking soda and whisk well. Keep it aside for 5 minutes for it to froth
Now add the vanilla and the oil and eat well
Fold in the flour
Now add the tutty fruity and mix, pour into the prepared cake tin
Bake for 45 minutes or until the skewer inserted in the center comes out clean
Transfer it to a cooling rack.

Slice when cool!!
