100% whole wheat sandwich bread

For the final bread of this week it is another version of the 100%Whole wheat bread. The addition of orange juice does make a difference in the texture I think though there is no added flavour due to the same. Potato flakes makes it soft too. This is healthy bread definitely
Recipe Source KAF
Whole wheat flour
3/12 cup
Instant yeast
2 ½ tsp
1 tbsp
3 tbsp
1 ½ tsp
Orange juice
1/2 cup
Warm milk
1/2 cup
Luke warm water
1/2 cup
Potato flakes
3/4 cup
Milk powder
1/4 cup

Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, milk powder, Potatoes flakes and salt in the bowl of the stand mixer
Now add the softened butter, milk, water and orange juice to it
With the dough hook on, start the machine and let it knead this dough for 8 minutes
The dough will not be as soft as the dough made from all-purpose flour
Transfer this dough to a well-oiled bowl
Cover it and let it rise. Mine took 2 hours to rise
Now take the risen dough to a wooden board, punch it down a little, roll it in a rectangle, and roll again from the short side to form a roll which fits yours bread mould
Grease your bread mould thoroughly
Transfer the rolled dough into the bread mould. Cover it loosely and again keep it in a warm place to double
Preheat the oven to 180C
Apply the milk wash on the surface
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until it sounds hollow when tapped and the top starts to brown
Transfer this to a wire rack
Let it cool completely,
Slice it and serve it with a spicy salsa
