The last one of the colour series is this very
delicious Paneer starter. My daughter loves paneer and am constantly in search
of paneer dishes. One such search led me to this starter from Sanjeev Kapoor.I
did not have the aam ka paapad, so haven’t used it. Banana leaves gives this
dish a wonderful flavour and there is no dearth of banana leaves in the city
that I stay. MY daughter had a bite and said why don’t restuarants serve these
starters!!!Do try this simple flavourful and delicately soft chutney paneer

PREPARATION
Grind all the ingredients for the green chutney into a very smooth
paste. Keep it aside
Cut the paneer into 6 pieces of equal size
Dip each paneer piece in the chutney generously and
place it on the washed and wiped banana leave and then fold the leaf on all
four sides like a parcel.
Make all the parcels the same way
Now heat a skillet on a medium flame
Place the paneer parcel on it, the folded side
downwards, so that it does not open, drizzle oil around and cook till the leaf
starts to brown
Flip it over and cook the other side too
Cook all the parcels the same way
Serve warm
Let the kid/guest open the banana parcel and see the
surprise inside
