No Knead Light Wheat Loaf

 Hi
When Varada had suggested that we bake this bread for tame the yeast, I could not. So decided to bake this for this Bake-A-Thon
INGREDIENTS
Recipe Source: Varada’s Kitchen
All Purpose Flour
2cups
Whole wheat flour
2cups
Sugar
3tbsp
Salt
1 ¾ tsp
Instant yeast
3/4tsp
Ice cold water
2cups+1tbsp
Olive oil
3tbsp

PREPARATION
Sift the flour in a large bowl.
Add all the other dry ingredients
Pour water and oil over it
Whisk till everything comes together
Do not knead
Oil it well and transfer it to a bowl
Cover with a plastic wrap and keep aside
When the dough has risen to twice its volume, fols it over itself
Shape it into a loaf and transfer this to a greased 9*5 loaf tin
Cover it loosely and let it rise again for couple of hours till it becomes double again
Preheat the oven to 190C
Slash the top with a sharpe knife and brush it with milk
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until done
Cool completely before you slice
