Honey Oats Bread

It is december and we are back with another edition of Bake-a-thon. This marathon will be only for baked goods every alternate day. Come and enjoy all the baked goodies of all the marathoners!
For day 1 it is this perfect easy soft pillowy bread from Bakingdom.
This loaf is very easy to make. I have used the food processor for kneading the dough. You can choose to knead it only by hand too.
INGREDIENTS
Recipe source:  Bakingdom.com
All purpose flour
3 cups
Oats
3/4cup
Milk(HOT)
1cup
Luke warm Water
1/4cup
Active Dry yeast
2 ¼ tsp
Sugar
1tsp
Honey
1/4cup
Butter
2tsp
Salt
1 1/2tsp

PREPARATION
Add sugar and yeast to the luke warm water. Keep it aside for frothing
Add Butter to the hot milk and mix well so that it dissolves.Milk should be hot and not boiling
Now add the flour, oats, salt and mix in a food processor or by hand

Add the yeast mixture to this and mix again

Now add honey to this milk mixture and mix thoroughy
Add the milk mixture to the flour yeast mixture and run the processor or start kneading by hand
The dough texture will be like this

Now continue to knead either with the processor or with the hand till the dough becomes soft and pliable.

THE DOUGH WILL BE STICKY. PLEASE RESIST THE TEMPTATION TO ADD MORE FLOUR. CONTINUED KNEADING WILL GIVE THE BEST RESULTSFOR A LOVELY BREAD
At this stage I took out the bread to a wooden board and kneaded it for 5 more minutes(As my processor refused to knead anymore:-0 )
Transfer this to a well oiled bowl, cover with a kitchen towel and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hr for it to double

Now take out the dough to a wooden board and pat it into a rectangle approximately 9*5”

Roll it into a cylinder, seal and tuck the sides in
Place the seam side down in a prepared loaf tin, cover loosely and let it rise again for 45-50 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180C
Brush the loaf with honey, sprinkle some oats on it and bake it for 30-40 minutes or till the loaf starts to brown and sound hollow on tapping
Take out the loaf and remove the loaf and transfer the bread on a wire rack to cool
Slice when completely cooled
