The second week of the bakeathon starts with these
sinful fudgy brownie.As my regular readers know that my chocoholic daughter
loves anything chocolaty and this brownie has chocolate and not cocoa not that
she dislikes cocoa but she says this tastes awesome.

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180C
Grease an 8 inch square pan
Line the bottom of the pan with a parchment paper
Whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Keep aside
Melt the chocolate in a microwave. Microwave it for 30 secs. Whisk well
so that there are no lumps. Let it cool
In the bowl of your stand mixer beat the eggs,sugar and vanilla extract
until frothy.
Now fold in the melted chocolate mixture
Now fold in the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture. Mixture well
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until the
toothpick comes out with little crumbs
The top of the brownie will be dry and cracked but the center may be a
little moist. The sides will start pulling away from the pan
Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack
Cut when they are completely cool
These brownies can be frozen too
