Add rice flour to this and mix without any lumps(Preferably use a whisk)
Add salt a little less than required as the mor molaga has enough saltiness
Heat oil in a kadai . Fry the mor molaga in it till it becomes dark brown. Take it out and keep aside
Now add the mustard seeds, when it splutters add asafoetida ,curry leaves, green chillies and mor molaga. Fry for a minute in low flame
Now add the rice flour curd mixture to this, mix well and cook till it starts leaving the sides of the kadai.
The colour also changes to dull white
Apply water to your fingers; tap it on the prepared mixture. If it does not adhere to the fingers then it is perfectly cooked
Switch off the flame
Serve warm!

MOR MOLAGA
Preparation of this is a yearly affair in most tamilian homes
Generally they use short round variety of green chillies for this though I use whatever is available in the market
INGREDIENTS
Green chillies
25
Sour curds
1cup
Salt
2 ½ tbsp

PREPARATION
Slit the green chillies keeping the stalk intact
Mix the salt in the sour curds
Now add the green chillies to this and mix well and close it with a lid and let it rest overnight.
Next day mix it well and keep it closed for another day
On the third day take out only the chillies and spread it on a plate. Let it dry in the sun
After the sun has gone down, put the semi dried ones back in the curd mixture. Mix well.
Next day again dry the chillies. This goes on till all the wet mixture is absorbed by the chillies
Dry well for few 5-6 days.
Store it in air tight containers to use over a year
When fried it goes very well with curd rice
