The second bread for this month was suggested by a fellow marathoner Priya. She is an amazing cook , a great friend and a lovely human being. I am always amazed at the speed with which she cooks, blogs and blog hops too. She is fondly called as the blogging queen. Head over to her space to see all those awesome recipes
Whole wheat flour 1 cup
All purpose flour 2 cups
Flaxmeal 1/2 cup
Instant yeast 2 1/2 tsp
Lukewarm milk 1 1/2 cup
Olive oil 2tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Milk for brushing
Take the flour, Flaxmeal, Sugar, Salt and instant yeast in a bowl
Add the lukewarm milk and olive oil to this. Knead well till the dough becomes soft and pliable
Transfer this dough to a greased bowl. Cover it and let it rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
Once the dough has doubled, punch it down and divide the dough into 9 equal parts.
Roll each part into a ball and place it on a prepared tray(Either grease it or place it on a tray with parchment paper)
Cover it loosely and let it rise for another 45 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180C for 10 minutes
Brush the rolls with milk
Bake it for 30-35 minutes in the middle rack or until the crust starts to brown
Once done, transfer the rolls to a wire rack

Divide the dough into 9 equal pieces
Divide the dough into 9 equal pieces, roll each pieces as a round ball.
Arrange the ball in a greased square pan, one by one with enough place in between.
