Recipe is adapted from King Arthur Flour
All purpose flour                      1 3/4 cup
Curd                                          1/4 cup
Baking soda                               a pinch
Sugar                                          1/8th cup
Salt                                              3/4 th tsp
Luke Warm Water                     1/3-1/2 cup
Instant Yeast                              1/2 Tbsp
In a bowl add flour, salt, sugar, butter, yeast and baking powder
Add water to this and knead it into a soft sticky dough
Transfer this to a wooden board and knead it for 10 minutes to get a soft pliable dough
Place this dough in a bowl and keep it covered and let it rest for 1 hr for it to double
When the dough has doubled, transfer this dough to the wooden board, knock it down and divide it into 4 equal parts
Roll each ball to get a smooth finish
Place these balls on a greased baking tray a little apart from each other
Keep it covered with a kitchen towel till it doubles again
Preheat the oven to 180 C
Brush the buns with milk
Bake these buns for 20-25 minutes or till they become golden brown
Remove the tray from the oven and brush the buns with the melted butter
Allow it to cool completely
Prepares burgers and enjoy!
