Pizza Pinwheels


 For the week 2 of BM#43 , it is Pizza snacks. Favorite and home and so the whole family seems to be getting involved by suggesting the possible toppings. For this pizza snack, i just stuck to the basic pizza topping promising them that for day 2 and 3 ,it would be their choice.

INGREDIENTSFOR THE DOUGH 
All purpose flour                         2 cups
Instant yeast                                2tsp
Salt                                            1tsp
Sugar                                          1/2 tsp
Water nearly                                1 cup
Olive oil                                       1 tbsp

FOR THE TOPPING
Onion                                          1
Tomato                                        1
Green Pepper                               1/2
Black Pepper                                1/2
Olives                                           few
Basil                                           1tbsp

Oregano                                       2tsp
Mozzarella                                   1/4 cup
Pizza sauce                                   1/4 cup
Salt                                              1/4 tsp 


PREPARATION
Mix everything except oil to form a soft smooth Dough
Now add oil and knead again(10 minutes)
Transfer this to a greased bowl. Cover it loosely and let it double in volume.(Nearly 1hr)
Grease a baking tin
Knock down the dough

Roll it into a rectangle
Spread pizza sauce on it. 
Arrange the veggies over it evenly.
Sprinkle the cheese 

Starting with the short side , roll the rectangle, Press the edges to seal.
Preheat the oven to 210C
With the serrated knife, cut the roll into 12 pieces and place this cut side down on a prepared baking tin
When the oven is sufficiently hot,Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the edges become golden brown
Let it cool on a wire rack
Serve warm with Marinara Sauce
