For the week 2 I have chosen international cuisine and my first post is a very delicious salad. My daughter never liked the idea of using pasta in salads until she tasted this :)
INGREDIENTS
Pasta 1/2 cup
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1tsp
Pepper powder 1tsp
Salt To taste
PREPARATION
Cook pasta in enough water and a little salt till just cooked. Drain and keep it aside
Cut onions and tomato finely
Mix everything together and let it rest for 15 to 20 mins
Enjoy your bowl of salad!!!!
