Jasuben Pizza

For the second day of pizza marathon it is an indiansed version of pizza famous in Gujarat. It does not have a yeasted base and the cheese is not melted too.had bookmarked this from VAishali's blog  as vaishali says this pizza has a unique taste

For the pizza base
All purpose flour         1/2 cup
Wheat flour                 1/2 cup
Oil                                2tsp
Carom seeds                1/2 tsp
Baking powder              1/2 tsp
Salt                                To taste
Mix all these with just enough water into a soft pliable dough
Pinch balls from it and roll into small chapatis
For the purée
Tomatoes         1/2 kg
Onion                1
Sugar.                1/2 tsp
REd chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Ketchup               1tbsp
Blanch the tomatoes, peel and crush them
Heat 1 tsp oil, add chopped onions and saute
Add tomato pulp and cook for 5 minutes
Add salt, sugar and chilli 
Cool and blend into a puree
Chopped onions  

Chopped capsicum
Grated cheese
Assembling the pizza
Place the rolled chapati on a baking tray .
Apply purée.
Sprinkle the chopped onions and capsicum.
Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Top with grated cheese.
Serve hot!
