Vanilla Fantasise

 Hi
This is my first post of baking along with a lovely group Fondbites Bake along started by a wonderful teacher Subhasini Ramsingh. I heard about her from my friend Rajashri who is an excellent baker herself, suggested that i should take cake decorating classes from her and I am so looking forward to this .Subhasini suggested that we bake a simple vanilla cake and make it richer by filling it with custard filling and then decorating either with Ganache, or butter cream or Chantilly cream. Here I have used butter cream.I have used the vanilla cake recipe given by Mrs Chandribhat when I took classes with her. I have used a vanilla cake which uses eggs, you can chose to use an eggless one too. The recipe is HERE
