Carrot capsicum onion Pakora

Here is another snack recipe which is a combination of healthy ingredients and not so healthy way of cooking. Lot od veggies in the deep fried pakoda and I hope the veggies nullify the fear associated with deep frying.
Finely cut Onion         1/4 cup
Finely cut carrots         1/4 cup
Finely cut capsicum      1/4 cup
Turmeric powder           a pinch
Chilli powder                 1/4 tsp
Gram flour                     2tbsp or a little more
Salt                                  1/4 tsp or to taste
Oil                                   for deep frying
Cut all the vegetables finely.
Mix the veggies with turmeric, chilli powder and salt,
Now mix in the gram flour little by little and mix well. Add just enough gram flour so that it holds.
Do not add extra water
Heat oil in a deep frying pan
Pinch smal balls from the mixture and drop it in hot oil
Flip them over after it has browned on one side
Let it fry till it is golden brown on all sides
Drain on an absorbent paper
