Thinai Urundai /Foxtail Millet Ladoo

Festival season has begun and I need to plan for the sweets and savouries.And for this diwali I am planning to a healthy sweet dish from the foxtail millet.Have you heard the song Thenum Thinai Maavum.....well!Valli the goddess seems to have given this to Lord Murugan and he was pleased and I am sure whoever eats this will be pleased too,
Thinai Flour            1/2 cup
Jaggery                      1/4 cup
Honey                         2 tbsp+1/4tbsp
Cardamom Powder   1/2 tsp
Figs                             few(Optional)
Chop the figs finely
Grate the jaggery
Mix millet flour, jaggery, figs and 2 tbsp of honey. If needed add the extra 1/4 tbsp of honey and mix well. Knead for 1 minute

Pinch small balls and roll into ladoos
Perfect healthy ladoos are ready
NOTE:Figs are ptional. You can leave out the jaggery and use more honey instead
