Corn cutlet Burger

Another must in a kid's party menu is the ever green burger. Kids love it and i am sure adults too. We can make a variation with the cutlet . Here I have used sweet corn to make the patties  .Recipe is quite simple, assembly is even more easy and we can be sure that the crowd is going to enjoy the party!!!
INGREDIENTS
Burger Buns     12
Tomato Ketchup    4Tbsp
Lettuce  leaves        24
Onions                      4
Cucumber                 4
Tomato                      4
Cheese slices             12
Salt                            to taste
FOR THE CUTLET

Sweet corn               2
All purpose flour      1tbsp
Coriander                3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste     1/2 tsp
Green chillies              2
Fried gram dhal         1tbsp
Salt                            to taste
Oil                            for shallow fryin

Remove the kernels from the corn cob
Grind it coarsely along with all the other ingredients under the ingredients for cutlet except the flour. Add as much flour as needed to remove the moisture content
Make small round patties and shallow fry till it turns brown on both sides
Cut each Burger into two ans toast it till it lightly
On the lower half of the bun apply the tomato ketchup generously
Place lettuce leaves, next onion rings, next cucumber slices. On this put a little mustard sauce
On this delicious layers now place a yummy cheese slice, top it with your prepared spicy burger, close it with the other half of the bun and serve......
Can you hear the kids   saying their usual ooh's and aah's???/!!!!!:-)
