Badam Paneer Kabab

For the final day of BM#13 I chose to experiment a little. When i tasted The walnut sheekh kabab , I decided I could experiment by substituting the walnut with almonds and I must say It was just perfect.
INGREDIENTS
Potatoes 2
Paneer 1/2 cup
Almonds 20
chilli powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Rava 1 tbsp
Oil for shallow frying
Salt to taste
PREPARATION
Cook the potatoes and mash well
Soak almond in water for 1 hr. Remove the skin and grind it without water
Mix all the ingredients and make small kebabs
Shallow fry with minimum ol and serve hot with mint chutney
You will surely love this!!
