Day 2 of BM#5 WEEK 2 by Srivalli and i am back with another Ladoo recipe. Very common in many households is this ladoo. We generally make this during Diwali.as there is no need for any sugar syrup , it is very easy to make even by first timers in the kitchen
INGREDIENTS
Rava 1 cups
Sugar 1 cups
Ghee/ Clarified butter 1/3 cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Cashew few
Raisin few
PREPARATION
Roast the Rava/Semolina well in a dry pan. Coo it
Grind the rava and sugar together. If this is ground in a mixie then the texture may be a little coarse. I did it in my mixer. Tastes lovely though:-)

Heat the ghee and roast the cashews and raisins.
Pour this hot ghee in the rava-sugar mixture. Mix well.
Roll it tight into even sized balls.
These are very tasty!!!!!!
